Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy lasts 10 business days from the date you receive our items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the 10 days have gone by.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which we send with your order. You must have your receipt to receive a full refund. If you do not have your receipt we will offer you the current listed price at the time of return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees when returning the item.
Once your return is received, we will send a corresponding email.
If the item is returnable, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item and the refund process will proceed. We will put the correct amount back into your credit card. Note that some banks take longer than normal for credit to appear back in the balance.
If the item is inspected and is not in a returnable condition, we will send you an email with the reasons of rejecting your refund.
Closeout deals are non-refundable. Only items that are full price or on sale can be returned.
We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will give you directions on how to send the items back to us.
Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the items being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged products to reach you, may vary.You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in the return shipment.
